Alex Jonovski to Speak on Change Management at Advancing Construction Operational Excellence 2024

Alex Jonovski, CEO of Demain, will present in two thought-provoking sessions at Advancing Construction Operational Excellence held on March 6-8, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. Both sessions will be held on March 7 during the first track, “Building Your Strategy for Operational Excellence.”

Beginning at 10:50 a.m. CST, Jonovski will present “Defining a Blueprint for Change to Ensure You Are Streamlined and Efficient Every Time.” Attendees will discover how to develop a repeatable and effective strategy for change, common variables to consider on a case-by-case basis when rolling out change, and allocating the right roles to ensure a smooth change process.

Shortly after, Jonovski and Emily Tilgner, vice president of building performance solutions at McCownGordon Construction, will discuss “Benchmarking Effective Change Management Strategies to Ensure Continuous Improvement” at 11:20 a.m. CST. Jonovski and Tilgner will exchange views on cornerstones effective for change management, different models for change management, and effective low-cost change management strategies.
